Cancellation Policy

To avoid any disappointment, it is advisable to book your appointment 2 weeks in advance. For those who are restricted to evening and weekend appointments we recommend 4 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time you need, however we do always endeavor to be as flexible as possible around clients, opening early and closing late, where possible, so we can be opened when you need us. Here at Le'Aira's Hair Salon your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes appointment times need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with; however, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice for all amendments to ensure that we have the time to offer these appointments to other clients looking to visit us and to avoid a 50% to 100% cancellation fee or an upfront deposit policy required for future appointments.
